    sudo apt-get install emacs

    OR if you are on fedora

    sudo yum install emacs

  7. Hey I watched your video, it's awesome. But the problem is "How to install emacs 24.3 on Ubuntu ?", But you installed the 23.3. I observed at 3:59 screen pause. So better to change description to  "How to install emacs 23.3 on Ubuntu ?".

    There is no need to install build-dep as you install Emacs from deb binary.
